You can connect your MyCovenantHealth account with some health management apps so that you can see health information from multiple medical providers in one place. Currently, you can connect your patient portal with:

What if My Health App isn’t Listed Above?

If you are interested in connecting your MyCovenantHealth patient information with an app not listed above, please submit your request below. Once we receive your request, Covenant Health will work with the vendor to determine if they meet the technical requirements required to securely connect their app with MyCovenantHealth. Please allow up to two weeks for us to research your request and provide you with an answer.
